  • Free Collection of your car from and Delivery to Faro Airport.
  • Collection and Delivery of your car from and delivery to Lisbon Airport if required.
  • Your car can be delivered to your Villa or nearest Town (may incurr additional charge dependent on location)
  • All Clients are personally greeted by a Car Hire representative at Faro Airport.

  Algarve Car Hire Conditions and Options
1-1 These rates are per day for pre-booked unlimited mileage hire in the Algarve and Lisbon. Rates include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Fully Comprehensive Insurance and Portuguese VAT (IVA) at 21%. Personal Accident Insurance is not included (See 2.3 below for details)
  By mutual agreement with all the Portuguese Car Hire Companies you must sign and leave a Credit Card slip to rent one of these vehicles.
  Insurance Excesses:
  Although Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included, in the event of an accident the Client will be required to pay up to the following lest of excess fees:
Group A and B - € 500.00
Group C, D, E, F, H, I, K, L and O - € 1,000.00
Group G, J, J1, M and N - € 1,500.00
Group P and P1 - € 2,500.00
1-2 If the Client wishes to eliminate the above excess fees they should pay an additional insurance called Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) in the sum of
€ 7.50 per day for Groups A and B
€ 10.00 per day for Groups C, D, E, F, H, I, K L and O
€ 12.50 per day for Groups G, J, J1, M and N
€ 15.00 per day for Groups P and P1
This premium being payable by the Client at the time of collecting the vehicle. The SCDW is only available for hires of more than 7 days.
1-3 To calculate the hire price choose the Column and Season which suits your Hire Period and multiply the daily rate for the number of hire days.
1-4 A Minimum 3 days Hire Period price applies. 1 and 2 day hires will cost the 3 days Hire Price.
1-5 1 hire day is considered as being a 24 hour period. There is a tolerance of 6 hours difference between delivery and return. If this 6 hours tolerance is exceeded then 1 extra day will be added to the cost of the Hire agreement.
1-6 The Season hire price will change on the precise day as referred to in the price list. Any hire beginning in one season and ending in another season will have two season prices applied to the hire price.
1-7 Vehicles in Groups E, F, G, H, I, J, J1, K, L, M, N, O, P and P1 are available ON REQUEST only.
  Available Extras:
1-8 Roof racks are available on request at a charge of € 15.00 per hire
(only available for Groups A, B, C, H and L).
1-9 Baby or Child seats are available on request at a charge of € 15.00 per week.
2-0 Global Positioning System (GPS) is available at a charge of € 10.00 per day (a deposit of € 500.00 is required for this equipment).
2-1 An additional charge of € 15.00 is required for Out of Hours (22:00 until 07:00) delivery or collection.
2-2 An additional charge of € 100.00 is payable for one way hires between the Algarve and Lisbon if the hire period is less than 7 days.
2-3 Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is available at € 6.00 per day and per car and covers the following:
€ 14,963.93 per person for death or permanent incapacity
€ 1,496.39 per person for medical care and repatriation
2-4 A Green Card for Spain is available for an additional charge of € 7.50 per day.
2-5 The car types shown represent the main vehicles offered in each group. Similar types of vehicles but from different manufacturers may be supplied at commencement of hire.
2-6 A full driving licence which must have been held for a minimum of one year must be produced by each driver who must also be at least 23 years old.
2-7 In the event of an accident, if the driver has been driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, in accordance with Portuguese Law, the driver will be required to pay the full cost of any damage incurred.
  Important Notes:
2-8 Due to operational reasons, these rates may be subject to change.
  A FULL driving licence must be produced upon signing of the hire agreement by each driver, who must have held their licence for a minimum of one year and must be at least 23 years of age.
  In the event of an accident where the driver has been drinking alcohol, in accordance with Portuguese law, the driver shall be required to pay the full cost of any damage incurred.
