Ray Journeaux Limitada is a property management company based in the central Algarve town of Loule, the company was formed to cater for owners of villas, cottages and farmhouses who wish to ensure that their property investment here in southern Portugal is managed and maintained professionally.

We offer a fully tailored service so whether you use your property as a family holiday home or you rent your property investment for short term holiday rentals, we can advise and provide a level of service to suit you.

Because our services are customised for each individual client we are not able to quote prices until we have appraised your specific requirements. After an initial meeting and discussion we will provide a written quotation of costs to maintain your villa and its surrounds to the level that you require.



Our Background
The company is owned and run by Ray and Fiona who have owned property in the Loule area for over 18 years, both have extensive knowledge of management from their many years working within the service industry before they moved to Portugal.



The Team
Heading our team are Ray and Fiona who are complimented by Angela who as a multi-lingual Portuguese local handles our clients bureaucracy and paperwork problems.

Ray Journeaux Limitada is strategically based to provide property management services throughout the central Algarve. Covering a wide area from Albufeira and Boliquieme to Sao Bras de Alportel and Moncarrapacho together with the coastal areas of Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Almancil - AREA MAP
